Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Security Officer holding a valid CSCS Card to ensure the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in surveillance, loss prevention, and CCTV operation, with a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. Key Responsibilities
- Meet & Greet: Welcome and assist staff, visitors, and deliveries with a friendly, professional approach.
- Barrier Control: Manage and control site barriers to ensure secure access and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Client Engagement: Provide clear directions and support to individuals entering the site.
- Site Management: Handle bookings and ensure people are guided to the correct areas.
- Conflict Resolution: Use your conflict management training to maintain a calm and secure environment.
- Professional Presence: Maintain a smart and presentable appearance at all times while representing Fortel on site.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional Appearance: Smart, presentable, and compliant with PPE requirements.
- IT Knowledge: Basic IT skills required.
- Transport: Having your own transport is beneficial.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 or older.
Qualifications
- SIA Licence: Valid and up-to-date.
- CSCS Card: Valid and up-to-date
- Work History: 5 years of checkable work history.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- First Aid: Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
