Coordinating leader responsible for managing multiple foremen, enforcing standards and supporting delivery of the wider programme. Oversees on-site operations, leads multiple trade teams, and ensures activities are completed safely, on time and to specification.

Qualifications & Cards Required:

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Construction Site Supervision
• CSCS Gold Supervisory card
• SMSTS
• EUSR
• First Aid at Work
• CITB Managers and Professionals Test

Responsible for overseeing daily operations on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. Coordinates the workforce, manages materials and liaises with site and project managers.

• Relevant trade experience and leadership skills
